Nav Menu for Twitter Bootstrap

For use with Twitter Bootstrap, this snippet modifies the walker navigation to use the dropdown menu CSS and JavaScript. Insert this code into your functions.php, and be sure to include Bootstrap dropdown Javascript and CSS.
